Hoffman Crews Nies Waggener & Foster is pleased to announce that its partner, Denise Hoffman, has been named the 2015 Barrister's Best Tax Lawyer by Law Week Colorado.

Law Week Colorado is the state’s only newspaper published specifically for lawyers, law firms, corporate counsel and the judiciary. Each year, Law Week surveys lawyers and judges in Colorado to identify top attorneys across the state. There are two award categories for each area of practice – the Barrister’s Best and the People’s Choice. The editors of the publication determine the Barrister’s Best lawyer on achievements over the past year and the People’s Choice recipient on a vote by attorneys and judges.

Ms. Hoffman has a Masters in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and represents both individual and organizational clients in all aspects of tax planning and controversy resolution. Her practice is primarily focused upon tax exempt organizations, estate and business succession planning (including federal estate and gift tax planning) and business formation and dispositions.
