Nicole is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in real estate, business and financing transactions. Her transactional real estate experience encompasses commercial and multi-family income real estate projects ranging from industrial, office and shopping centers to apartments and single-family developments. Nicole also counsels clients in connection with construction, take-out, purchase-money, bridge, and refinancing for commercial and residential real estate projects. She works with clients on a broad range of general real estate and business matters. Throughout her career, Nicole has advised start-ups and established companies in connection with entity formation, corporate structuring and governance, business management, contractual arrangements, and acquisitions/dispositions.

Outside of the office setting, Nicole enjoys many of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer – skiing, hiking, running, tennis and pickleball. Nicole also spends a significant amount of time watching her two sons play sports – hockey, golf, baseball and lacrosse.

Nicole was recognized in Super Lawyers Magazine as a 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 Rising Star, and as a Super Lawyer in 2018, 2019 and 2020, all in the area of Real Estate Law. Nicole served a seven-year term on the Executive Council of the Real Estate Section for the Colorado Bar Association, which included serving as the Secretary, Vice Chairperson and Chairperson of the Executive Council. She now serves as a liaison between the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms Committee.
