McKenna Walsh

McKenna is an associate attorney with a passion for finding efficient solutions to complex issues.  At Hoffman Nies Dave & Meyer LLP, McKenna utilizes her broad transactional experience to assist clients with their real estate, finance and business legal matters.

Before joining Hoffman Nies Dave & Meyer LLP, McKenna engaged in transactional work in the ever-changing and unpredictable areas of new media and entertainment law. In this role, she counseled industry-leading clients and negotiated contracts on broad-ranging topics including sponsorships, endorsements, talent representation, and other general corporate and intellectual property practice. McKenna’s invaluable experience carries over to her role with Hoffman Nies Dave & Meyer LLP, where she counsels clients on diverse real estate and corporate matters, ranging from real estate acquisition/disposition and financing to corporate formation and administration. McKenna collaborates with both entrepreneurs and established companies to further overall business objectives while navigating complex legal risks.

McKenna is an avid college and professional sports fan, and her passion carries over to her professional experience, as a participant in baseball and hockey arbitration competitions. She is also published on the commodification of college athletes’ name, image, and likeness. In her free time, she enjoys golfing with her friends and family. Despite playing for less than five years, McKenna has witnessed two hole-in-ones (sadly, neither of which were her own). McKenna also snowboards and continues to play soccer, beach volleyball and pickleball.
